Heritage Asset Management is an innovative startup with a social vocation established in Venice in 2020 by Roberta Bartolone and Giulio Mangano, founding partners of the Barman Architects Architecture Studio.

The company offers professional support in the strategic management of integrated valorization processes, which involve reconciling the recovery and protection of properties with the objectives of cultural valorization and social and economic sustainability.

Heritage Asset Management promotes collective awareness of the value of material and intellectual heritage for a community. The holders of assets of historical and artistic interest are involved in preventing the distortion of the identity of the cultural heritage.

Heritage Asset Management specializes in real estate valuation and advisory services for historical buildings, taking advantage of a comprehensive list of consultant specialists.

Since 2022, Heritage Asset Management has been accredited as a Spin-off approved by the Iuav University in Venice.
